Special Olympics Buncombe County Sports Practices

We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join us for the Polar Plunge in Wake County!

Who:        General Volunteers

Where:     Sports Practice Locations in Asheville 

When:      Various dates throughout the year, please select what works for you

Why:         This is an amazing chance to make a real difference in the lives of Special Olympics athletes while enjoying a day of fun and competition.
What:        Volunteers will assist with whatever is needed for a successful practice.

Weather:   You will be notified by email if there are any changes to the schedule.

Sign up today!  We will send training info via email and train you on site to complete your assignment. Volunteers should plan to stay for their entire shift.
