Special Olympics Union County Spring Games 2026

We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join us for the Special Olympics Union County Spring Games!

Where: Wingate University

816 MyIntyre Road

Wingate, NC

When: April 14 & 15, 2026

Rain dates: April 16 & 17

Why: This is an amazing chance to make a real difference in the lives of Special Olympics athletes while enjoying a day of fun.

Who: Students may volunteer with their classes. All other volunteers should be 14 years of age or older.

What: Volunteers will assist with track events, field events, awards, check-in, general event assistance and more.

Weather: This event is rain or shine. However, you will be notified by email if there are any changes to the schedule.

We will send training info via email and train you on site to complete your assignment. Volunteers should plan to stay for their entire shift.
