2025 Special Olympics Union County Spring Games

We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join us for the Special Olympics Union County Spring Games!

Where: Sun Valley High School

5211 Old Charlotte Hwy.

Monroe, North Carolina 28110

When: April 9, 10 and 11, 2025

Note that the event on April 8 was moved to April 11 due to weather and field conditions.

Why: This is an amazing chance to make a real difference in the lives of Special Olympics athletes while enjoying a day of fun.

What: Volunteers will assist with track events, field events, awards, check-in, general event assistance and more.

Weather: This event is rain or shine. However, you will be notified by email if there are any changes to the schedule.

We will send training info via email and train you on site to complete your assignment. Volunteers should plan to stay for their entire shift.

UCPS Staff and Students are exempt from this requirement.

In the "School or Program 1" you need to select Special Olympics.

Previous UCPS Volunteers need to log in using the same link and update their background check.

There are no shifts available at this time.
